Jo started Seven Publishing with Seamus Geoghegan in 2003 and the company immediately won the licence to publish delicious. magazine. Under their management, Seven went on to acquire Sainsbury's Magazine from Delia Smith, as well as a range of successful puzzle magazines.
Jo has had a long and varied career in the media. In print, she was assistant editor of The Observer Magazine, editor of Honey and editor of Woman. She was then appointed the programme director of Capital Radio. Moving to television, she was editor of Kilroy, as well as various news, arts and documentary programmes. And, in a virtuous circle, she returned to print as editorial director of Seven Publishing.
Jo sees Eye to Eye Media as an opportunity for developing a strong and enduring brand across consumer, digital and customer publishing.
She is married to David Briggs, television producer and creator of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, and they have a 22-year-old son.
