The brief was simple for this year’s Fortnum & Mason Concierge and Consumer brochures – make Christmas effortlessly extraordinary. With our enchanting content strategy, spellbinding visual direction and end-to-end production techniques, we were able to do just that.

Browsing for gifts to stow under your tree has never been more beautiful – with over 50 pages bursting with inspiring cross-category products expertly woven into the narrative. Mailed out to a data base of customers, nationwide and internationally, we handle the fulfilment for the client. Wishes, granted indeed.

For the 2024 Waitrose Christmas brochure, we introduced powerful cutting-edge scan-to-buy technology to connect customers directly to online checkout – instantly elevating the shopping experience and improving the client’s market analytics. A win-win!

The technology, engineered by our collaborators at Phuzion Media, allows customers to point their smartphone camera at any product in the brochure to find it online. This expands the reach of the brochure and simplifies the customer journey, as well as offering a fully integrated mechanic into the business.

The brochure also exists as a digital page turner on Waitrose.com with links to the relevant online aisles.

As a content agency, we’re constantly looking at new ways to support our clients with the best innovations. Our objectives for this project were clear: reach more customers, make purchasing effortless and utilise the best technology available to elevate the whole process. Therefore, this fully-integrated mechanic was the ideal solution for the client.

The Media Edit

The Waitrose & Partners Media Edit is a custom-built digital launchpad for the season’s hero products and campaign stories. The bespoke wireframe and UX allows journalists and communicators to easily browse and download stunning photography, assets and information. 

With the Media Edit, the client can be reassured that any external coverage is completely on brand and accurate. What’s more, the platform doubles up as a useful internal resource for all promotional and asset needs across the business.

To celebrate the launch of Paddington™ in Peru, we had the pleasure of creating the visual campaign for Fortnum’s limited-edition Paddington™ in Peru hamper.

Alongside marmalade-related products, the campaign included teasers and reveals for social and banners, as well as photography for the full product range.

In November 2024, the delicious. team launched their biggest competition campaign EVER. 

With prizes from 12 brands worth more than £7,000, this annual multi-channel event has become the place to promote festive wares. This years prizes included a KitchenAid stand mixer, a Kamado Joe Jr charcoal grill and an Illy Machine coffee bundle to name a few.
