For the 2024 Waitrose Christmas brochure, we introduced powerful cutting-edge scan-to-buy technology to connect customers directly to online checkout – instantly elevating the shopping experience and improving the client’s market analytics. A win-win!
The technology, engineered by our collaborators at Phuzion Media, allows customers to point their smartphone camera at any product in the brochure to find it online. This expands the reach of the brochure and simplifies the customer journey, as well as offering a fully integrated mechanic into the business.
The brochure also exists as a digital page turner on Waitrose.com with links to the relevant online aisles.
